Job Description: Programme Manager – Master of Education

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Programme Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of our Master of Education programme. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth delivery of academic activities, provide support to students and lecturers, and work closely with internal departments to maintain programme quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall operations of the Master of Education programme.
• Plan and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and programme activities.
• Coordinate with lecturers, students, and relevant departments to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Provide academic and administrative support to students throughout their studies.
• Maintain programme records, student documentation, and academic reports.
• Monitor programme progress and ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic requirements.
• Assist in programme development, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Handle student enquiries and resolve programme-related issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in programme coordination, academic administration, or education management is preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
