Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise civil construction projects.
Monitor daily site activities, project progress and work schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of work.
Prepare project reports, progress updates and technical documentation.
Monitor project costs, materials and manpower requirements.
Identify and resolve site and construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in civil construction or project engineering.
Experience in construction project coordination and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and project specifications.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on construction sites and project locations.
Candidates with relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
