We are a recruitment agency and are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a premium Italian lifestyle and fashion brand.

Job Scope

• Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of store procedures and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
• Sales Performance: Drive store sales and achieve sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and store performance targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised shopping experiences, effective clienteling, and follow-up activities to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen client loyalty.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience in line with luxury retail standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory control and efficient stock management.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Business Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse store KPIs, and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Store Manager.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the brand's identity, values, and service standards while delivering a consistent and elevated customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion industry, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of clienteling, customer relationship management, and customer retention strategies.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to drive sales and improve store performance.
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail, with a good understanding of premium customer service expectations.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
