Kerja Kontrak Collections Agent, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 + commission di PERSOL Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree and no prior work experience are welcome to apply.

Experience in collections, debt recovery, banking or financial services will be an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good interpersonal skills, self-discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.

Willing to work flexible hours and achieve assigned targets.

Manage customer accounts and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments.

Conduct outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming and overdue payments.

Achieve individual daily and monthly collection targets.

Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

Understand customers’ concerns and provide appropriate assistance regarding payment matters.

Handle customer enquiries and requests effectively.

Work closely with team members to support overall collection performance.
