3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration or management.

Good knowledge of contract terms, agreements, and documentation.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple contracts.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Prepare, review, and manage contracts and related documents.

Monitor contract terms, deadlines, and contractual obligations.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Assist in contract negotiations and resolve contractual issues.

Identify potential contractual risks and recommend suitable actions.

Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.

Prepare contract status reports and provide updates to management.
