An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Managing Director to lead and accelerate the growth of an established international pump manufacturer across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a senior leadership position offering full regional commercial and P&L responsibility, with the opportunity to shape regional strategy, strengthen market presence and drive profitable growth across a diverse range of industrial markets.

The successful candidate will lead regional sales teams, country managers and distribution partners, working closely with global leadership to identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships and expand the business across established and emerging APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional business strategy, driving revenue growth, profitability and market share across APAC.
• Take full responsibility for regional P&L performance, commercial targets and financial results.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans across multiple countries and industry sectors.
• Lead, develop and motivate regional sales teams, country managers and distributor networks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with major end users, multinational customers, OEMs, EPC contractors and strategic partners.
• Identify new market opportunities across water and wastewater, industrial processing, mining, food and beverage, oil and gas, chemicals, power generation and related sectors.
• Expand market presence through direct sales, distribution partnerships and strategic business development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing, supply chain and global product teams to improve operational performance and customer delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience leading commercial operations across multiple APAC markets.
• Previous leadership experience as a Managing Director, Regional Director, General Manager, VP or equivalent senior commercial leader.
• Strong industry knowledge across progressive cavity pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, flow control, or industrial process equipment.
• A proven track record of delivering revenue growth, improving profitability and managing regional P&L.
• Experience leading direct sales teams and distributor networks across international markets.
• Established commercial relationships across relevant industrial sectors, with the ability to develop new strategic accounts and market opportunities.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within an international manufacturing or industrial equipment business.
• Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region.
