Role Description The Operation Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role oversees daily transport operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles, coordinating drivers, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring adherence to routes and timelines. The Operation Controller tracks job orders, updates systems and records, and communicates with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide status updates. The role includes checking compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, assisting with incident reporting, and supporting continuous improvements in efficiency and service quality. The Operation Controller also helps with basic data analysis and reporting on operational performance to management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong operational coordination and logistics skills, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage daily issues and ensure service continuity.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with transport management systems or related software.
• Relevant experience in transport, logistics, or operations control is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, adapt to fast-paced environments, and handle occasional extended or shift hours as required.
• A diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
