Ensure effective budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Oversee the delivery of accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services.
Monitor performance metrics and drive operational efficiency.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain strong corporate governance and risk management practices.
Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality.
People Management
Lead and motivate partners, managers, and staff to achieve company goals.
Drive talent development, training, and succession planning.
Promote a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
