What you’ll do
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
Share product/service info and answer basic enquiries
Set appointments or capture leads, and update call records accurately
Meet daily call targets with team support
What we’re looking for
Clear, confident spoken English
Good listening skills and a positive, patient attitude
Basic computer skills for logging calls
No experience needed – full training provided
Able to commit for the assignment period
