We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager/Associate Social Media Director to provide interim coverage, with a key focus on the setup and migration of social media management and publishing tools. The role will also oversee day-to-day social content execution, community management and ongoing brand social requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and migration of social media management and publishing tools, including dashboard configuration, publishing workflows and user access management.
• Manage day-to-day social content execution, including timelines, deliverables and coordination with Creative and Content Creators to plan and execute content shoots.
• Drive and evolve the brand’s social tone of voice and visual identity, working closely with Strategy and Creative.
• Maintain and update the brand’s social media playbook.
• Manage community engagement, including two-way audience interactions and contextual responses beyond standard FAQs.
• Support quarterly social performance reporting and optimisation in collaboration with the Social Strategy team.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with social media management and publishing tools, particularly Sprinklr, Meltwater and Emplifi, including platform setup, dashboard configuration, migration, publishing workflows and access management.
• Proven social media management experience, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day requirements with minimal supervision.
• Strong social content planning and project management skills, including coordinating Creative and Content Creator teams for content production and shoots.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content best practices, community management and social performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on government or large-scale public-facing accounts would be advantageous.
