Position: Manager, Governance, Risk and Compliance
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERM and BCM frameworks development and implementation
- Identify, assess, and manage operational and project risks
- Support risk evaluation across infrastructure / energy projects
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and Board
- Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- 7–10 years’ experience in GRC / Risk / Audit
- Managerial experience (2–4 years)
- Strong background in risk management (operational or project)
- Experience with ERM / BCM frameworks
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or similar sectors preferred
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present at Board level
- Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in Big 4 / Big 6 is valuable
