【Language Requirements】

【Working Hours】

US Central Time 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM = Malaysia Time 05:30–12:30 (US daylight saving time) / 06:30–13:30 (US standard time) — Malaysian morning hours serving US-evening clients.

Six days a week including weekends (Malaysian Saturday and Sunday mornings); exact days confirmed at hiring.

【Key Responsibilities】(two openings — one on the licensing business line, one on the printing and advertising business line; the line you serve is assigned at hiring; the duties are the same)

Customer service: handle client reception and needs communication, maintain the CRM system, and assist with after-sales follow-up and issue resolution.

Community operations: manage client communication on WeCom, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED) and similar platforms, respond to enquiries promptly and record requirements properly.

Order support: follow up on order progress (licensing applications / printing and advertising orders) and handle the related administrative work (document organisation, data verification, etc.).

Cross-department collaboration: collect and relay client feedback, and support the improvement of service processes and product requirements.

【How We Work】

Work location: fully remote; applicants must be located within Malaysia.
