About the Role

Join an international company supporting customers across local and overseas markets through official e-commerce platforms. Handle enquiries related to products, orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges, while providing professional and timely support via email, live chat, and other customer service channels. Mandarin and English proficiency is required.

About You

• SPM and above

• 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Customer Service, Customer Experience, or E-commerce Operations is preferred.

• Experience with DTC or official e-commerce websites is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopline, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of English and Mandarin; additional SEA languages are an advantage.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.

• Support customers across SEA official e-commerce platforms, handling enquiries related to products, orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

• Deliver professional and timely customer support through email, live chat, and other service channels.

• Manage and follow up on order, delivery, return, and refund cases to ensure timely resolution.

• Work closely with E-commerce, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and local market teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Maintain and update customer service SOPs, FAQs, and standard response templates.

• Support daily customer service operations and e-commerce campaigns across SEA markets.
