Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.

Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in IVD, preferably in coagulation/haematology.

• Experience handling government tenders is an advantage.

• Experience with automated coagulation platforms preferred.

• Proactive and Self-learning attitude

• Candidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us.

Travel Requirement

• Willing to travel nationwide as required (government hospitals, state tenders, private lab chains).

• Preferably have their own cars and a valid driving license.

1. Product & Portfolio Management

• Manage the haematology portfolio

• Organize workshops, CMEs, and scientific talks.

• To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets

• To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts

• To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships

• To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites
