Job Scope:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Perform data entry and documentation
• Handle filing, scanning and updating of records
• Assist with appointment scheduling and administrative coordination
• Attend to basic enquiries via phone/email
• Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level or Diploma in Healthcare or any relevant fields
• No prior healthcare experience required as training will be provided
• Comfortable with basic computer applications
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to commit for the duration of the contract
