Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di South Island Plastics Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field will be an advantage

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in flexible plastic packaging

Experience in Extrusion, Gravure Printing, and Lamination will be an advantage

Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Good computer skills, especially Excel

Hands-on, responsible, and able to work under pressure

Able to lead and supervise production workers

Willing to work overtime when required

Plan and coordinate daily/weekly production according to customer orders and delivery schedules

Coordinate production flow covering Extrusion, Gravure Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and Bag Making/Forming

Monitor production progress, machine capacity, manpower, and material availability

Follow up on production delays, machine breakdowns, material shortages, and quality issues

Supervise production activities and ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved

Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, and Production teams

Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and machine utilization
