My client is a rapidly growing, tier-1 VC-backed Web3 company that has scaled successfully internationally and recently established its APAC presence. They're hiring a key Account Executive to drive greenfield expansion across the region.

The company

• A B2B Web3 infrastructure platform used by many of the world's leading exchanges, wallets and blockchain networks
• Backed by tier-1 global VCs
• Now expanding beyond crypto-native customers into fintechs and financial institutions moving onchain

The role

• Full-cycle and focused on new customers: build your own pipeline, run discovery, then close and expand accounts
• Selling to C-level and technical stakeholders at exchanges, fintechs and financial institutions
• Deals of US$50–200K to win new customers, expanding up to ~US$500K, over 6-9 month cycles
• Remote, with regular team meet-ups and regional travel

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of hitting your number
• Experience selling complex, technical products to technical buyers
• A background in Web3/crypto, cybersecurity or fintech, ideally (strong technical SaaS sellers from other sectors are also welcome)
• A disciplined sales process (MEDDIC or similar)
• A builder mindset: comfortable taking a newer brand to market in a startup environment
