salary range: 1.8k - 3k (base on experience)

Invoice Clerk Responsibilities:

Arrange customer's order by area to ensure on time delivery

Liaise with salesman for order processing
Familiar with sales order, delivery order & invoice process
Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
Liaising with the 3rd party transport or in house logistic department to ensure goods are dispatched on time

Liaise with warehousing to ensure stock are picked

Check physical stock quantity vs sales order quantity before issue Delivery Note

Communicate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
Assist in daily invoices reporting & goods return checking
Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Skill set-:
Familiar with autocount or ERP system will be added advantage
Good in excel & Microsoft skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
