Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of payroll experience. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or Accounting.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Remuneration

• Basic salary: RM3,800 - RM5,000

Job Description:
The Regional Payroll function delivers centralized services for over 10 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Own the Process: Manage end-to-end payroll for at least 3 countries using a payroll system.

• Drive Accuracy & Compliance: Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure alignment with statutory regulations and company policies.

• Deliver Insights: Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, statutory submissions.

• Keep Us Organized: Maintain clear documentation for processes, approvals, and pay advice.

• Innovate & Improve: Contribute to HR projects that simplify work and drive automation.

• Be the Expert: Advise stakeholders on payroll procedures, statutory contributions, and income tax matters.
