Job Responsibilities
Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
Makes appointments for follow-up patients
Assist with doctors' requests
Assists patient with Medisave application
Performs other duties as assigned by the Managers and Senior Executives
Job Requirements
GCE 'N' Level and above
At least 3 years of direct frontline customers' service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
