Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, utilization, and KPIs.
- Allocate jobs and monitor technicians’ performance.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of vehicle repairs.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Support diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Coach and develop technicians to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, Warranty, and other departments.
- Handle escalated technical and customer issues.
- Assist Workshop Manager in manpower planning and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills with strong business acumen and integrity.
- Result-oriented with a service-minded attitude, problem solver, self-motivated, strong leadership attributes and high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
