Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accountant Cum Admin, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di R&A Fire Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including monitoring outstanding payments and collections.
• Assist external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other relevant parties when required.
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained and filed.
• Prepare and maintain company correspondence, reports, forms, letters, and other documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for company and project-related records.
• Assist in managing staff attendance, leave records, claims, and other basic HR administrative matters.
• Assist with payroll preparation and ensure all relevant supporting documents are complete.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts.
• Familiarity with handling accounts related to projects, suppliers, subcontractors, and site expenses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Candidates with relevant construction industry experience will be considered an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with AutoCount HRMS is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
