AI/ML Engineer / MLOps Engineer
Location : KL, Malaysia

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer / MLOps Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in machine learning, cloud platforms, MLOps practices, model deployment, and modern AI technologies including LLMs and RAG-based applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build production-ready AI systems and optimize ML workflows. Based on the client company's actual hiring pattern, the role includes ML deployment, cloud infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, APIs, and AI platform support.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions into production environments.
Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining ML models.
Develop API services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Manage cloud-based AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement CI/CD processes for AI and ML applications.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver AI solutions.
Support LLM, RAG, and Vector Database implementations where applicable.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Python programming.
Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD pipeline implementation.
REST API development using FastAPI or Flask.
SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Git and version control systems.

Preferred Skills
MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Vector Databases such as Qdrant, FAISS, LanceDB, or PGVector.
Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.

Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps Engineering, or related fields.
