Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of site experience and/or experience in the supervision of Civil and Structural (C&S) works.
  • Experience in site execution or site supervision involving reinforced concrete (RC) works, structural steel works, piling works and ground improvement works.
  • Particular experience in supervising medium- to large-scale building developments, including temporary works and Ground Building Works (GBW) using top-down construction methods.
  • Able to start work by mid-November 2026.
  • Anticipated project duration from November 2026 to November 2030.
  • Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB and registered with IES as Resident Engineer.
  • Registered withBCA/IES/ACES as site Resident Engineer.

Job Description

  • Major healthcare development project comprising deep basement works.
  • Successful candidate is expected to exercise due diligence and provide immediate full-time supervision according to the plans of building works approved under section 5 of the Building Control Act;
  • Must comply with his/her statutory duties with regard to the supervision of works onsite as stipulated in Building Control Act and Regulations; and
  • Report to and work under the direction of Qualified Person for Supervision [QP(S)].
