Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, smooth goods movement, and effective team coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse activities, managing warehouse personnel, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure daily operational targets and productivity standards are achieved.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Review existing warehouse procedures and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and company regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other internal departments to ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.
• Monitor team performance, assign daily tasks, and provide guidance or support when necessary.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse operational reports, inventory records, and relevant documentation.
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues to minimize delays and disruptions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Good understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage warehouse personnel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift is an added advantage.
