CASA Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, focusing on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) acquisition and balances.

• Identify new business opportunities through client referrals, networking and proactive business development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive deposit growth and deepen banking relationships.

• Cross-sell relevant corporate banking products and services, including cash management, payments and trade finance.

• Monitor client activities, deposit flows and account utilization to identify opportunities for growth.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account opening, onboarding and service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with the bank’s KYC, AML and internal policies.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in corporate banking relationship management, CASA acquisition or deposit mobilization.

• Strong track record in business development and growing corporate deposit balances.

• Established network of corporate clients and good market contacts.

• Good understanding of corporate banking products, account opening and KYC requirements.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to meet business targets.
