• Demonstrate cooking skills and techniques during a practical test for selection
• Manage cooking tasks efficiently across two shifts as scheduled
• Adapt to work on holidays to support peak business periods
• Join and start work immediately upon hiring

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cooking experience in Bangladeshi cuisine
• Ability to communicate in Bengali language to facilitate kitchen operations and team coordination
