Job Overview
We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and highly structured Senior Consultant to coordinate and manage corporate advisory portfolios, business development strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives from planning through completion. This role will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams, external vendors, system managers, and organizational stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are delivered according to agreed schedules, structural blueprints, strict regulatory codes, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate development projects, commercial assessments, and strategic consulting pipelines from initial planning through execution.
• Develop software logic layouts, baseline deployment milestones, integration implementation matrices, and operational growth blueprints.
• Coordinate closely with management, specialized strategy teams, financial analysts, and back-office technical units.
• Monitor project progress, commercial risk profiles, tracking timelines, and key structural deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, systems technicians, consultants, independent suppliers, and key project stakeholders to maintain absolute operational alignment.
• Review documentation requirements, technical data sheets, diagnostic logs, layout files, and related performance validation files.
• Support procurement and coordination of specialized corporate tools, market analytics systems, and related management software.
• Monitor installation, operational dashboard testing, financial data interface configuration, and formal framework handover activities.
• Identify project risks, technical system variances, workflow bottlenecks, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct engineering review meetings and prepare comprehensive execution summaries, workflow validation schedules, and management reports.
• Ensure deployment and site activities are carried out in accordance with relevant market frameworks, compliance codes, and international quality certifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, framework registry logs, database maintenance records, and tracking files throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Support improvements to software operational delivery pipelines, multi-disciplinary technical coordination, and continuous process workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related applied technical discipline.
• Experience in technical business support, application project execution, system troubleshooting, operations coordination, or related advisory pipelines.
• Good understanding of structural system architecture, root-cause analysis, capability testing models, and technical cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with enterprise database software, specialized logging systems, organizational tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), or modern spreadsheet engines.
• Strong project coordination, technical communication, relationship alignment, and stakeholder management skills under strict operational pressure.
• Good analytical and systematic structural troubleshooting abilities with extreme attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple engineering activities simultaneously and execute tasks according to tight, agreed project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, common code repositories, and standard project tracking tools.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary site operators, external contractors, suppliers, or cross-functional team leaders will be an advantage.

Pay: $4,700.00 - $15,000.00 per month
