Kerja Separuh Masa Site Supervisor – Short-Term Project (Johor Bahru), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Sittal Carpark Selangor - Maukerja

Basic Salary: RM2,200 per month, plus allowances and applicable overtime
Location: HQ in Bandar Sungai Long, Selangor

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to assist our Project Manager with a Shell station tank cleaning and associated site works project.

Project Period

• Site work starts on 16 November 2026.
• Expected site duration: three to four weeks, subject to progress, within the project period ending 15 December 2026.
• Required to attend HQ before mobilisation to assist with document preparation.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Site working hours: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM at the latest, depending on daily activities, with scheduled breaks.
• Applicable overtime paid separately.
• Allowances provided.
• Company-provided homestay during the Johor assignment.
• Required project safety passport arranged and paid for by the company.
• Safety helmet and reflective vest provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily site coordination and worker supervision.
• Help prepare project documents at HQ before mobilisation.
• Conduct toolbox briefings with guidance from the project team.
• Monitor attendance, work progress, housekeeping and PPE use.
• Prepare basic daily reports, site photographs and records.
• Follow approved work procedures and client safety requirements.
• Report site issues and unsafe conditions promptly.

Requirements

• Valid CIDB personnel card.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to work outstation in Johor Bahru.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in hot weather.
• Able to communicate with workers and the project team.
• Basic computer skills for preparing documents and reports.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Must provide own suitable safety shoes.
• Some site experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
