Responsibilities:

• To support the Company's existing and new product certification requirements by coordinating certification applications, testing, documentation and renewal activities. Ensure all product certifications, technical records and compliance documents are properly maintained and updated to meet applicable regulatory, industry and customer requirements.

• Identify applicable product certification standards, regulatory requirements and approval processes based on product specifications and target markets.

• Liaise with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, testing laboratories and relevant external parties on product certification matters.

• Coordinate product testing, technical assessments, inspections and certification applications.

• Monitor certification application progress and follow up to ensure timely completion.

• Support certification renewals, amendments and extensions whenever required.

• Maintain and update the Company's product certification records, certificates, technical documents and approval status.

• Establish and maintain a systematic certification database, including certificate validity, expiry dates, renewal requirements and applicable product models.

• Monitor changes in applicable product certification standards, regulatory requirements and industry compliance requirements. Ensure existing and new products comply with relevant certification and regulatory requirements.

• Support internal and external audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections relating to product certification.

• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, Project and Sales departments to obtain the necessary technical information and documentation for certification applications.

• To undertake any task pertaining to Technical/R&D as and when required.

Qualifications:

•Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.

•Must possess relevant Ex competency, knowledge and working experience in Ex product certification requirements.

•Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in product certification.

•Good knowledge of IECEx, ATEX and relevant IEC 60079 standards and certification requirements.

•Experience coordinating with Ex certification bodies, testing laboratories and regulatory authorities.

•Strong documentation, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Able to work independently and coordinate with other relevant departments.
