We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee the overall management and business operations of our construction company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing company resources, supervising operations and ensuring the company's long-term growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies, corporate policies and long-term business plans.
Oversee the company's overall operations, including construction projects, administrative functions and business activities.
Lead and manage employees, department heads and project teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Plan and monitor construction projects, including project schedules, manpower allocation, resource utilisation and performance.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management and business expenditure.
Identify new business opportunities, establish business relationships and negotiate contracts with clients and business partners.
Monitor project progress, operational performance and business targets, and implement improvement strategies where necessary.
Ensure the company complies with Singapore's relevant laws, regulations, workplace safety requirements and industry standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, business partners and relevant government authorities.
Make key management decisions and report on the company's overall business performance and development.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant management or senior leadership experience.
Proven experience in managing business operations and overseeing organisational performance.
Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial management and operational planning.
Experience in construction project management and resource allocation.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
Good understanding of Singapore's construction industry regulations and workplace safety requirements.
