Job Summary
You will manage comprehensive travel arrangements for directors and employees, ensuring seamless trip planning and execution while supporting administrative tasks and staying updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for directors and employees to meet business needs efficiently
Research and evaluate travel destinations to recommend options aligned with traveler preferences and company requirements
Book flights, reserve accommodations, arrange rental transportation, and manage visa applications to ensure smooth travel experiences
Provide directors with relevant travel materials such as guides, maps, and event programs to enhance trip preparedness
Deliver end-to-end travel services including ticket booking, hotel reservations, and itinerary creation for business trips
Monitor and learn about the latest tourism industry trends to improve travel planning and recommendations
Assist directors in preparing and submitting claims and expense reimbursements accurately and timely
Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions to support effective meetings
Perform general administrative support tasks to facilitate office operations
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the travel industry
Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders and service providers
Strong knowledge of current tourism trends and diverse travel options
Effective negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable travel arrangements
Ability to manage time and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
Flexibility to accommodate travel changes, including availability on weekends when required
