• Location: Joo Koon

• Salary: $2,500 basic + AWS + variable bonus

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:30pm

• Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.

• Prepare and process service reports and other service-related documents.

• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on delivery schedules and order status.

• Scan, file and maintain physical and digital copies of delivery orders (DOs) and other sales-related documents.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports and documentation.

• Assist with invoice preparation and other sales-related paperwork.

• Handle incoming calls, emails and general customer enquiries.

• Ensure proper filing and retrieval of sales and service documents.

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• O-Level qualification or above.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales administration role.

• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
