Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of Malaysian laws, regulations and legal procedures.

Understanding of contract law and corporate legal matters.

Good legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to review, draft and prepare legal documents.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and handle confidential information.

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in legal or corporate matters is an advantage.

Provide legal advice and guidance on company operations and business matters.

Review, draft and prepare contracts, agreements and other legal documents.

Ensure company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant legal developments.

Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist in handling disputes, claims and legal matters involving the company.

Liaise with external lawyers, government agencies and relevant authorities.

Review company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts and records.

Support management in making business decisions involving legal matters.
