POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER (FINANCIAL REPORTING)

COMPANY: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD. SUBANG

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. ACCA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.

· Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including experience leading a team.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements.

· Experience in financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, audits and internal controls.

· Experience in a public-listed company is an advantage.

· Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

2. Review financial reports and analysis, identify significant variances and provide insights to support management decisions.

3. Oversee accounting records, journal entries, account reconciliations and transactions between related companies.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company laws, Bursa Malaysia requirements and other relevant regulations.

5. Lead coordination with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities on audits, tax matters and statutory submissions.

6. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, monitor financial performance and highlight areas requiring management attention.

7. Strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes and enhance the effectiveness of finance systems.

8. Lead, guide and develop the finance team to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
