We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to Boss James.

This role is suitable for someone who communicates well, works independently and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Boss James’ daily schedule, appointments, meetings and arrangements.
• Coordinate emails, messages, calls and general enquiries.
• Liaise professionally with clients, business partners and external parties.
• Prepare presentation slides, documents, correspondence and administrative materials.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
• Assist with urgent or ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
