Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Junior Sales Executive di Bodum - Maukerja

Are you a young, energetic and hands-on individual with a passion for sales, retail and e-commerce? We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Singapore.

In this role, you will support our online sales channels, departmental store operations and corporate accounts, while gaining valuable experience across different areas of sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Sales Channels – Lazada & Shopee

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via platform chats.
• Handle order-related matters, including replacement requests and order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on deliveries, collections and order cancellations.
• Manage online campaigns, sales promotions, product listings and inventory updates.

2. Departmental Store Accounts – Takashimaya, Metro Paragon, TANGS Plaza & Vivo

• Conduct regular store visits and oversee stock transfers, inventory checks, replenishment and stock arrangement.
• Monitor and update daily sales revenue.
• Review sales performance, promotions and in-store events.
• Prepare monthly work rosters for promoters.

3. Corporate Account – KrisShop

• Process purchase orders (POs), returns and product listings.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth order processing and account operations.
