· Manage allF&B and day-to-day operations withinbudgeted guidelines and to the higheststandards

· Preserve excellent levels of internal and externalcustomerservice

· Design exceptional menus, purchase goods andcontinuouslymake necessary improvements

· Identify Customers’ needs and respond proactively toall oftheir concerns

· Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, trainingandappraising talented personnel

· Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policiesandprocedures

· Provide a two way communication and nurture anownershipenvironment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

· Comply with all health and safety regulations

· Report on management regarding sales resultsandproductivity
