Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) — able to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management and candidates.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B / restaurant recruitment or related HR roles.

Candidates with Chinese restaurant recruitment experience will have a strong advantage.

Familiar with recruitment for positions such as Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, Chef, Cook, Kitchen Crew, Service Crew, Part-Time Staff, etc.

Familiar with major recruitment platforms and social media recruitment channels in Malaysia.

Good understanding of the F&B labour market, salary expectations and hiring trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Able to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment tasks simultaneously.

Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Willing to travel to different restaurant outlets for recruitment activities when required.

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the company's restaurants and F&B operations.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable F&B candidates.

Handle recruitment for positions including Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, Chef, Kitchen Crew, Service Crew, Part-Time Staff and other operational positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment groups, referrals, walk-in recruitment and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates according to the company's hiring requirements.

Maintain and update a candidate database / talent pool for future recruitment needs.

Coordinate interview schedules, job offers, onboarding and follow-up with successful candidates.

Work closely with outlet managers and management to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeframe.

Build and maintain relationships with F&B candidates and potential employees.

Research and recommend effective recruitment channels, salary ranges and hiring strategies for different F&B positions.

Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, walk-in interviews and mass hiring activities when required.

Prepare regular recruitment reports, including vacancies, interview numbers, hiring numbers, recruitment sources and hiring progress.

Assist the HR team with other HR-related duties and projects when required.
