Kerja HR Recruitment Internship (Next to LRT Ara Damansara PJ), Gaji tinggi MYR 1,000 di JEV Management & Trading Selangor - Maukerja

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• Understand candidates' experience, career preferences, salary expectations, and availability.
• Assist in matching suitable candidates with job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring companies.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment progress in internal systems or tracking sheets.
• Assist with job advertisements and recruitment content across different platforms.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and mass-hiring projects when required.
• Conduct basic market or candidate research for assigned positions.
• Provide general recruitment and administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone calls and messaging.
• Proactive and willing to approach and engage potential candidates.
• Organized and able to manage multiple recruitment tasks and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or people-related careers.
