About the Role

Acted as team lead and manage account managers within the Group Insurance team, responsible for maintaining client relationships, portfolio growth, client servicing, renewal and retention of clients. You will drive the P&L responsibility and deliver client services, manage complex escalations, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or relevant industry qualification.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Group Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Account Management. Insurance sector experience is highly preferred
• Possess strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
