️ HIRING: FULL-TIME SECURITY CENTRE SENIOR SPECIALIST
ARSLAN SRS Singapore
Position: Security Centre Senior Specialist
Salary: $5,000 – $5,300/month
Working Days: 18 days/month
Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shift
️ 7:00am – 7:00pm
7:00pm – 7:00am
Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays
JOB ROLE
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Security Centre Senior Specialist to support security operations within a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) environment. The role focuses on security monitoring, incident response, intelligence reporting and travel risk management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor CCTV, Access Control Systems and Alarm Platforms
• Respond to real-time incidents and escalate threats according to established protocols
• Monitor global and regional events and assess risks to travellers, assets and business operations
• Conduct open-source research and intelligence gathering
• Prepare travel advisories, traveller briefings and situational reports
• Support crisis response and incident management
• Maintain accurate incident and intelligence logs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners when required
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis, Risk Management, Crisis Response or GSOC/Security Operations Centre environments
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment
• Proficient in security technologies and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with OSINT tools is advantageous
KEY COMPETENCIES
Regional or global operations experience
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously
Strong situational awareness
Strong decision-making skills
