• Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing customer billing, collections, and reconciliations to ensure timely payment and healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Record and allocate customer payments correctly
• Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare aging reports
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on billing matters
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting
• Maintain proper AR documentation and records
• Support audits when required

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting systems; SQL Accounting System knowledge is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• car or motorcycle license (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
