We are looking for SAP professionals who are technically capable, business-focused and comfortable working across AMS / Operate, production support, enhancement delivery and project implementation.

What You'll Do

1. SAP GRC AMS / Operate

You may be assigned to Level 1 or Level 2 Application Managed Services (AMS), working between the client IT team, partnering systems and the Deloitte AMS delivery team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Provide SAP GRC application support for production incidents and service requests.
• Perform basic-to-medium complexity troubleshooting and functional analysis.
• Resolve production incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor fixes and validate that incidents have been resolved correctly.
• Coordinate with SAP Security, Basis, functional and technical teams where required.
• Maintain appropriate incident, resolution and knowledge documentation.

2. Problem Management & Root-Cause Analysis

• Identify recurring incidents and initiate problem management activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and identify permanent corrective actions.
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate permanent fixes within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to reducing recurring incidents and improving application stability.

3. SAP GRC Enhancement & Solution Delivery

• Lead or contribute to solution discussions for medium-to-complex SAP GRC enhancements.
• Assess business requirements and conduct functional impact analysis.
• Prepare effort estimates and delivery plans.
• Consider end-to-end integration, security, compliance and business process impacts.
• Support development, configuration, testing and deployment of enhancements.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production implementation.

4. Project Implementation

You may also participate as part of an SAP project implementation team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Support delivery of SAP GRC solutions addressing client business requirements.
• Participate in requirements gathering and functional assessments.
• Contribute to solution design, configuration and implementation activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios and project deliverables.
• Support SIT / UAT and business acceptance.
• Assist with deployment and post-go-live transition to AMS / Operate.

5. Documentation, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain functional and technical documentation in accordance with Deloitte standards.
• Follow established AMS processes, procedures and client IT policies.
• Contribute to knowledge management and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and application performance.

6. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Facilitate discussions with clients, business users and technical teams.
• Communicate incidents, risks, dependencies and recommended solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional project and AMS teams.
• Lead or coach Analyst and Consultant-level team members where required.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.

7. Business Development

You may also contribute to business development activities, including:

• Preparing proposals and presentations.
• Supporting solution and service development.
• Contributing to client workshops and business discussions.
• Developing relevant publications and thought-leadership materials.

• SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• SAP Access Control.
• Access Request Management (ARM).
• Business Role Management (BRM).
• Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA).
• Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter).
• SAP authorisation and access governance.
• SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration.
• SAP security and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of SAP experience, preferably working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC in an SAP GRC support, implementation or project delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP GRC and related SAP security / access governance processes.
• Good knowledge of integration with related SAP modules and sub-modules.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and independently derive appropriate test scenarios and test data.
• Basic technical debugging knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience delivering SAP solutions on cloud and/or on-premise platforms.
• Experience working with traditional Waterfall and/or Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead discussions and drive issues towards positive outcomes.
• Proactive, resourceful and collaborative approach to delivery.
• Ability to adapt to new SAP solutions and applications where required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work according to client business hours and participate in rotation support for critical or high-priority incidents outside normal business hours.
• Willingness to travel or work at a client site where required by the project.
