Responsibilities

• This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA).
• 50% of the contract headcount will support increased outreach, marketing and engagement efforts for the Adult Learners target segment, from dedicated events, to fairs, campus visits and engagement sessions, as well as admissions processing for this group.
• 50% of the contract headcount will support complex admissions operations for Law UG applications, handling Writing Tests operations, interview scheduling, applicant correspondence, application portal updates and managing applicant queries.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline with least 2 years of relevant event management or administrative, customer-facing experience.
• Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle high volumes of applicant records and confidential data without error.
• Experience in event management and event support, particularly for large-scale events.
• Working knowledge of online interview scheduling tools and MS Office.
• Positive customer-service mindset, with the ability to handle applicants and parents professionally
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines during the admissions peak, and to prioritise across concurrent portfolios.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings when required for events, interviews and programmes.
