Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales partners, including PS-Syslink, SCY Network and TSM Mobile, to support product promotion and sales activities.
• Participate in roadshows, events and promotional activities to introduce products and services to potential customers.
• Promote company products and explain product features, benefits and available plans to customers.
• Approach potential customers, answer their questions and encourage sign-ups.
• Assist in closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Provide a positive customer experience and maintain good communication with customers and sales partners.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in product promotion, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching customers and promoting products.
• Friendly, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
