A Chef de Partie (CDP), or station chef, runs a specific section of a commercial kitchen—such as the grill, sauté, or pastry. They prepare and plate dishes to exact standards, supervise junior staff like commis chefs, manage station inventory, and report directly to the sous chef or head chef

• Section Management: Run an assigned kitchen station (e.g., sauces, meat, fish, or pastry) independently during service.
• Food Preparation & Execution: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior cooks, demi-chefs de partie, and commis chefs.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels for the station, track waste, and submit supply orders to prevent shortages.
• Hygiene & Safety: Enforce local food safety laws, HACCP guidelines, and strict cleanliness on the line.
• Menu Contribution: Assist the head and sous chefs in testing, developing, and refining seasonal menu items

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
