Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara. This position is responsible for managing and growing client accounts within the marine industry, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting contract negotiations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high service standards. The Account Executive will maintain regular communication with clients, monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The role also includes attending meetings, supporting marketing or business development activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, responsive service.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic commercial and administrative skills, such as preparing quotations, managing documentation, tracking orders, and supporting billing or follow-up activities.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales, account servicing, or the marine sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kota Damansara, demonstrate professional ethics, and contribute to a culture of resilience, integrity, and sustainable growth.
