Industry: Custom Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (Ovens, Paint Lines, Dipping Systems)

What You’ll Do

· Support the SHE team in preparing, updating, and maintaining SHE procedures, guidelines, records, and documentation.

· Assist in workplace safety inspections and basic risk assessment activities across facilities

· Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including report preparation and documentation.

· Assist in organizing safety training, safety briefings, toolbox talks and awareness programs.

· Participate and assist in Safety Committee Meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.

· Support SHE-related compliance activities and documentation for DOE and DOSH requirements.

· Assist in preparing documents and records for DOE and DOSH submissions, when required.

· Support emergency response activities, drills, and related documentation.

· Assist in maintaining SHE databases, logs, checklists, and inspection records.

· Collaborate with various departments to support safe work practices and SHE initiatives.

· Participate in internal and external ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits, including document preparation and evidence collection.

· Perform other SHE-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Need

· Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of manufacturing environments and workplace hazards is an advantage.

· Familiarity with SHE concepts and ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) is a plus.

· Comfortable with documentation, record keeping, and simple data tracking.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

· Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Working Conditions

· Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

· Breaks: 60min lunch + flexible solat time.

· Environment: Factory (non-air-conditioned) + Office (air-conditioned)
