Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain integration road map across Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, covering warehousing, logistics, distribution, customer service and customs while ensuring business continuity.
• Design and implement the future-state Customer Service & Logistics (CSL) operating model, standardising Order-to-Cash, customer service, logistics and distributor management processes across markets.
• Partner with Digital and cross-functional teams to drive systems, master data and process integration, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation programme.
• Identify and deliver Supply Chain synergies and network optimisation opportunities across warehousing, transportation, distributors and cross-border operations, focusing on productivity, service and cost improvements.
• Develop business cases for key transformation initiatives and track the realisation of integration benefits, cost savings and operational improvements.
• Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) and distribution transformation across SEA, evaluating direct versus distributor-led models and supporting approved network and distribution changes.
• Establish effective programme governance, milestones, risk management and performance tracking to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.
• Act as the primary Supply Chain Integration Lead for the Asia cluster, driving stakeholder alignment, change management and organisation
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong experience across Supply Chain, warehousing, logistics and distribution operations.
• Proven experience leading Supply Chain integration, warehouse transformation or operational change programmes.
• Hands-on experience managing warehouse and/or 3PL transitions.
• Strong project management capability with experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience driving structural or operational change within complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between warehousing, logistics, distribution, customer service and Supply Chain operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple markets, functions and cultures.
